Our Practice Manager is responsible for the administration and smooth day to day running of the practice and supervision of the staff.
Administration
The admin team processes emails, new patient registrations, patient queries and general administration duties. The medical secretary processes referrals and assists patients with their queries regarding their referral to secondary care.
Reception
The reception team books appointments, answers the phones, helps with patient queries and forms an important link for patients with the practice. They are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. We also have a prescription clerk to issue your repeat medication and help with prescription query.
