Due to the growing population of Amesbury and our practice list size increasing significantly we are unable to accept any out of area patient registrations.   If you live outside our practice area then we are unable to take you on as a patient.  If you move out of our practice area then we will ask you to re register with another practice.    Thank you. Our practice nurses are able to offer advice on any foreign travel.   There is no charge for this service. Please make a routine appointment with the nurse.

If you do need certain vaccinations eg. Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis etc, there will be a charge and the nurse will be able to advise you of the costs.


We are a designated Yellow Fever Centre and are able to give the yellow fever vaccine.

February 2018 - Currently we are unable to offer yellow fever vaccinations until further notice.


There is a charge for this service.   The charge is  £65.00 payable at the time of your appointment.

Prior to your appointment with the practice nurse for your travel advice we will ask you to complete a form and return to the surgery before your appointment.    You can either collect the form from the surgery or download and print from the link below.  You will need to book your travel appointment with the practice nurse by phoning the surgery.
