  February 2018

Due to the growing population of Amesbury and our practice list size increasing significantly we are unable to accept any out of area patient registrations.   If you live outside our practice area then we are unable to take you on as a patient.  If you move out of our practice area then we will ask you to re register with another practice.    Thank you.
